We accept returns on new, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please keep in mind: We do not refund original shipping charges. Refunds are made to the original form of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal or store credit). Due to health and hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns on used items.

Cancellations
Order cancellations are gladly accepted, but only before items are shipped; this means thatyou have had to request a cancellation prior to receiving an email that your order has shipped.
