Skincare
Applying your skincare from lightest to thickest is a good rule of thumb to follow. We suggest:
cleanser > toner > essence > serum > moisturizer > oil > sunscreen
Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty-free, always.
We always state our products have a shelf live of 10 months to be safe and guarantee effectiveness. However, if stored and used properly, products can last up to 12 months.
On the label of every product there is a symbol ( little open jar with a number and the letter M for months) indicating how long each product is good for after opening.
Always use clean hands when obtaining content from a product to avoid cross-contamination. Make sure to tightly close all products after opening and store them in a cool and dry place. Doing this will help maintain its effectiveness and prolong its shelf life.
Since everyone is different, and people who are pregnant may be especially vulnerable to particular ingredients, we suggest communicating with your doctor before using any new personal care products.
We recommend taking the product(s) ingredients list to your doctor, who will be able to determine whether this product is suitable to use while pregnant or nursing.
Order Info, Update, & Tracking
You can find all tracking info on the USPS website. Please give the USPS 24-48 hours to update any tracking Information.
If you would like to edit your order, please contact us here as soon as possible to ensure any adjustments can be made.
Please note that we’re unable to make changes to an order once it has been shipped.
It depends on where you are. After receiving your tracking email, orders processed take 4-7 business days to arrive (excluding weekends and holidays).
No, you do not have to pay for shipping again to add to an existing order (i.e., an order that has been recently placed and has not shipped yet).
To add to an existing order please email us or fill out this contact form ASAP.
Discount codes can be applied after you check out, in the "order summary" section.
Click "Cart > checkout > show order summary", below order summary, enter the discount code.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Yes, we only accept returns on new, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please keep in mind: We do not refund original shipping charges. Refunds are made to the original form of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal or store credit).
Due to health and hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns on used items.

Yes, order cancellations are accepted, but only before the order has shipped. Make sure to contact us here to request a cancellation.
